The Senior Growth Marketer plays a pivotal role in steering the organization's growth trajectory through strategic data analysis and insights. Situated at the intersection of technology and business, this role delves into complex data sets to unearth opportunities for expansion and enhancement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Senior Growth Marketer crafts data-driven growth strategies, optimises user engagement, and contributes to product development. With a keen eye on market trends and user behaviour, this role is instrumental in fostering informed decision-making and driving the organization's success in a competitive landscape.

Your responsibilities:

  • Utilise the MoEngage platform to analyse user data and understand user behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimization areas.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to improve user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis, generate actionable insights, and provide recommendations to improve marketing strategies and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure proper data collection, integration, and quality assurance for accurate analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a robust A/B testing framework to continuously optimize marketing campaigns and drive conversion rates.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify industry trends and best practices for growth marketing strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, assisting in their professional development and growth.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on MoEngage platform capabilities, keeping up with updates and new features, and providing training to internal teams as needed.
  • Work closely with the product team to provide insights on user behavior and preferences, contributing to product roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance data-driven marketing capabilities and explore new growth opportunities.
  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics methodologies, such as predictive modeling or machine learning, to optimize user segmentation and personalization efforts.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to growth and user analytics, bringing a data-driven perspective to decision-making processes.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and report on growth experiments and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to growth marketing and user analytics.

The must-have shortlist:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth analytics, preferably in the technology or digital marketing industry.
  • Expertise in working with the MoEngage platform, including setting up campaigns, creating segments, and analyzing user data.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to leverage data to drive insights and inform decision-making.
  • Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel etc).
  • Skills in copywriting, media buying and SEO would be advantageous
  • Experience in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
